Soldiers are often the kind of jobs that nobody of us would ever consider doing, serving in hostile zones in extreme temperatures. Disabilities and stress disorders are the reasons which affects their quality of life afterwards. They are left to deal with many issues physically, i.e disabilities affecting them emotionally and mentally to a great extent. The  Paraplegic Centre caters to the healing and aftercare needed for the defence forces personnel who were boarded out of their service due to unforeseen conditions while serving the country. The thesis explores how architecture as an expression can be used to heal the patients and making their life better.
